KPR staff is trained to offer assistance with identifying career goals, build achievable plans, resume writing, job searches, completing applications, job interviews, transportation to work, and assistance signing up for a job coach in needed. KPR also provides the encouragement and support needed to maintain a job.

At Kyi’s Place Residential Inc. we train out staff as Certified Registered Medication Aid (CRMA) through the State of Maine curriculum, given by a certified RN trainer, to safely pass all medications, and assist with any healthcare management needs. The Residential Services Program provides a supportive home environment provided by Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for adults with autism and intellectual and developmental impairments. KPR is aware that people require more than simply a place to live; they also require a location they can call home and feel supported. Most KPR residential customers share a home with one other person. Employees collaborate with clients, their families, and other service providers to encourage self-sufficiency and community involvement.
