Our Story
Appolonia Sheppard's personal experience as a parent of a child with Autism has driven her to recognize the need for change and improvement in residential group homes for individuals with disabilities and autism. She believes that individuals with disabilities and autism deserve a safe and supportive living environment that promotes their independence and overall well-being. Appolonia Sheppard's firsthand experience as a parent of a child with Autism, and 20 years in section 21 residential group homes, has motivated her to advocate for the transformation and enhancement of residential group homes for disabled and autistic individuals. By establishing her own agency, she aims to create a positive and inclusive environment where individuals with disabilities and autism can thrive. Through her agency, Appolonia Sheppard plans to implement innovative programs and strategies to address the specific needs of these individuals.

Appolonia Sheppard
Appolonia Sheppard graduated from Southern Maine Community College with her associate in business and now attends the University of Southern Maine for the accelerated MBA in Business administration. Appolonia has worked in section 21 residential group homes for 20 years, starting as a direct support staff and working her way up. Appolonia's daughter Kyi was diagnoses with Autism in 2019, when she was just a little over 1 years old. Appolonia is dedicated to make a place not only for her daughter, but all individuals with disabilities and autism.
